By using Florida Roofer Hub ("the Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Florida Roofer Hub is a directory that lists Florida roofing contractors so homeowners can find, compare, and contact them. Browsing and contacting listed businesses is free for homeowners. Roofing businesses can list for free or purchase a Premium placement.

We are a directory, not a party to any roofing job. We don't employ, supervise, or guarantee the work of any listed contractor. Any agreement, estimate, or contract for roofing work is strictly between the homeowner and the contractor. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, licensing, insurance, or outcome of any work performed by a listed business.

• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or submitting a listing.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per business owner is expected; don't create accounts to impersonate a business you don't own or represent.

• Submitted listings and claims are reviewed before they go live or are linked to an account. We may reject, edit, or remove a listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate, fraudulent, or duplicate submissions.
• License, insurance, and other status badges on a listing are self-reported by the business unless otherwise noted. Ratings and review counts sourced from Google reflect Google's data, not our own verification.
• Claiming a business you don't own or have authority to manage is a violation of these terms and may result in removal.

• Premium is a paid placement (currently $97/month, or $58.20/month billed annually) that improves a listing's visibility and unlocks features like homeowner quote requests and profile analytics. It is not an endorsement of the business by us.
• Subscriptions are billed automatically through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; Premium stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then reverts to a free listing.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change Premium pricing going forward; changes won't apply to a billing period you've already paid for.

The quote-request form on Premium listings sends your message directly to that business. We don't review, moderate, or guarantee a response to these messages, and we're not a party to whatever happens next between you and the business.

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Scraping, bulk-downloading, or reusing directory data outside normal browsing.
• Using contact or quote-request forms to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or harassment.
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its accounts.

The Site's design, code, and branding belong to Florida Roofer Hub. Listing content (business descriptions, photos) remains owned by the business that submitted it, and by using the Site they grant us a license to display it as part of the directory.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that listings are complete, accurate, or up to date, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Florida Roofer Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or from any interaction, transaction, or roofing work between you and a listed business.

We may suspend or remove any account or listing that violates these terms, without notice, at our discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
